At MAMA P, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

1. General Information All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Locations We currently deliver across India. Delivery outside of India is not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and can vary:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7-10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and do not include processing time.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Orders above ₹1000 qualify for free shipping.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order through the link provided.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time or appears to be lost, please contact our customer support at support@mamap.in. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Delivery Information Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Damaged Items in Transport If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with the order number and photographs of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
